Starts we’re on the small side, steaks were... read more Didnt feel that the food was value for money. We sit at the Toby Calvary a couple of days later for half the price. Starts we’re on the small side, steaks were tough and chips were cold. Overall surroundings looked shabby. Could do with new table, chairs, carpets etc. I know it’s Xmas and we are all celebrating but we were sat next to table of people that were extremely loud and their language for a group of ladies was foul. Best thing about our evening was the waiter, very friendly and did apologise for the behaviour of the other diners.

There was 3 mouth fulls of mash and the corn on the cob was 2 inches in size and was poorly cooked. My daughters steak and chips off the kids menu was also not value for money and even came with a free desert. These meals including a pint of shandy and 2 refillable Pepsi came to £35. I won't be going again!!!
