I ordered at the counter and my food wa... read more I went for lunch while shopping at Merry Hill. The restaurant had good social distancing and hygiene practices in place. I ordered at the counter and my food was delivered in a paper bag, with minimal interaction with the staff. They had a nice selection of burgers, hot dogs, and extras like mayo, sauces, onion rings, and salad. The portions were generous and the food was tasty. I ordered a small hamburger, a cheeseburger, and a side of fries, which came to a total of £18, a bit expensive but worth it for the quality. I would give it 4 stars, mainly because the noise level was a bit high. Despite that, the quality of the food would definitely bring me back again.

5 guys... 5 stars if you've never really been to five young, let me tell you you you've been missing. yes they can go and look at the price list and be like who... read more 5 guys... 5 stars if you've never really been to five young, let me tell you you you've been missing. yes they can go and look at the price list and be like whoooah, which is expensive for fast eating, but. in reality it is not fast eating it is quickly cooked as it would do in any other restaurant only difference, they serve for spices and drinks and get them large brown pockets of bostin matching from the counter! if you don't have a big eater then ask for a small cheeseburger as if they ask for a cheeseburger, they get two patches, then as for a small chips as they can get. they span a load chips after putting the pot in...god knows how a big fries is. give it just a go it is great

The staff provided excellent customer service and the food was really good, especially the fries. They even gave complementary peanuts while we waited for our burgers. However, I have two criticisms. I found the burgers to be very expensive, with two burgers, fries, and an unlimited drink totaling over £25. Additionally, I was disappointed that they do not serve coffee, as I believe a true American burger restaurant should offer unlimited coffee. I may consider returning in the future, but I would have to think twice due to the high cost.
