Old Chicago - Dubuque

Only reason I gave it a 1 status to leave a review I wouldn’t give it a one star. Waited 40 minutes nobody come out waited 40 minutes nothing asked waiter he blew us off a waitress came by asked her she went back and we were still 4 tickets out blamed it on they were busy but half of the room was empty the manager wouldn’t even talk to us more less look at us… if I was corporate id walk in and fire the whole works and start over

Food was great. Service was great. One of our personal pizzas was doughy. But they quickly apologized and were willing to take it off our bill. They made another personal pizza and only charged us half for it. That was only the last experience. The times before were perfect. The Sicilian pepperoni rolls were our favorite appetizer, could almost be a meal by themselves.

Very friendly staff. We also went an sat at the bar an Beth the Bartender was a very nice person whom worked her butt off. This place was packed an so was the restaurant part an she kept up with all of them. She was awesome. The restaurant part is fabulous as well. Great staff an great food. This place has my 5 stars. I'd recommend this place for all.

Stopped at 2pm on Friday afternoon and the place was not busy. Had a drink and an onion ring appetizer at the bar. 1/2 hour later, onion rings hadn't come out...tell the bartender if he knew if they were the homemade kind or the pre-made frozen kind, since the frozen ones only drop into hot oil for 2 minutes they shouldn't take that long . He said they only make the frozen ones. Bartender checked the status at that time they hadn't been made yet as the only chef had been busy making a pizza... so we canceled them and left. Bad service, especially as there was hardly anyone around.

Waited 10 minutes for server to come back after seating us. Had to go ask for help to order. Got new server. Food came out in spurts. Literally half meals each. Kids macaroni was last but got fries. Fries all cold . Never got my ranch. Wife's sandwich was basically black chunks. Worst experience ever here
