I received the wrong order from Subway, and when I called to report the issue, the employee accused me of lying and insisted that my order was correct before abruptly hanging up. When I tried to call back to speak with a manager, they refused to connect me to anyone. Eventually, they stopped answering my calls altogether. It was very disappointing, especially since I was excited to try items from their menu.
The staff were rude and disrespectful. I was attempting to place a phone order when the employee abruptly hung up on me before I could finish. When I went to pick up my sandwich and brought up her behavior, she simply laughed it off.
A sign mentions that the restaurant is short-staffed, and although the employees are clearly trying their best, the service is quite slow. I waited in line for more than 15 minutes, and when a man came to pick up his order, they prioritized his sandwiches over finishing mine. The couple ahead of me chose to skip the veggies because they were in a rush and didn't want to wait for the staff to restock them. I ordered a soda without realizing they were out of ice, so it ended up flat. Overall, the food was just average.
The staff were outstanding, and the food was quite enjoyable. There was a slight wait, which seems to be a common issue in many places these days. Only two staff members were on duty initially, with a third arriving just at lunchtime. Unfortunately, the traffic patterns of the nearby businesses make access to the restaurant challenging. Despite its location right off a major highway and across from a college, reaching it is not straightforward or easy.
