Everything exceeded our expectations, from the friendly staff to the delicious food. If I ever find myself in Dubuque again, I would definitely come back. The stuffed mushrooms are a must-try! Our second visit was just as fantastic as the first, as our friends took us here without knowing that we had already been.

Food is mid at best and they've increased their prices by almost 50% on their food which is insane in the last 2 years. Something that was $11 is now $16.Don't get me wrong, it's not bad by any means, I'm sure you'll enjoy whatever you get but it's not anything to rave about.

There were 2 bartenders/servers on and 1 bar back/food runnerWe ordered 2 beers and got them out quick. Took about 10 minutes to order our food. We ordered steak bites and 2 entrees. We had 2 empty beers for about 10 minutes at the bar before someone came up and got us a second round.The steak bites came out after 15-20 minutes. They were really tasty, with the blue cheese dip that came with them.Where it goes wrong:We noticed people near us had been waiting to pay for at least 20 minutes. Tables that came in after us weren’t greeted in 10+ minutes.We kept waiting for our food but decided to not even want it anymore after waiting nearly 40 minutes.In all that time, the two workers were on their phone, eating food and even eating off of guests plate at the bar (presumably an owner or a regular, which I totally get)We had to ask the bar back to grab our server and they looked annoyed about it.We ended up leaving because we were traveling and needed to be somewhere. I don’t think it should take 40+ minutes for a wrap and a breakfast entree when it isn’t busy.They did take off the second round of Busch lights which was nice.Heard great things about this place, but wasn’t impressed at all. Hoping to try it in the future as of all the great reviews..
