The crispy cheese bites were fantastic, though they could have used a touch less salt to be perfect. The shark shell dish was excessively sweet, reminiscent of cough syrup, and I didn't care for it at all. On the other hand, the boneless wings with hot buffalo sauce were crispy and had a great spicy kick. I also loved the ambiance of the restaurant. Despite the slow service due to the holiday rush and fewer staff, I'm still glad I had the opportunity to try this place.

The atmosphere is fantastic, and the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. I noticed how the Applebee's employees went out of their way to assist an elderly couple with special needs, allowing them to sit in a comfortable spot. It was heartwarming to witness such a sweet interaction between the couple and the young staff members. My experience at the Applebee's in Dublin, CA, showed me that they are truly willing to go the extra mile for their customers. While the portion sizes are generous, what really matters are the memories you create while dining there.
