The manager at this Dunkin' franchise should have their mouth washed out with soap and find a different job where they don't have to interact with the public. They raised their voice at an elderly woman when she asked about using the bathroom, and when her husband spoke up about the manager's tone, the manager called the police on the seniors. It's truly disgraceful. Shame on the Dunkin' franchise owners for allowing such disrespect toward their customers. I hope your parents could have heard how you treated those people. Such a shame. Despite the variety on the menu, this experience overshadows everything else.
The donuts were good with plenty of variety to choose from. However, when I opened my Large Hot Cocoa, it seemed more like a small size since most of the large cup was filled with whipped cream. I definitely felt shortchanged on that.
I waited four minutes for two iced coffees while the manager and an employee chatted about their tips. When I inquired about my order, I was told that gas isn't cheap, so I pointed out that maybe they shouldn't keep their car running. I suggested they should concentrate on their work instead of discussing tips during business hours. As a DoorDash driver, I'm there to deliver, not to wait while they have their conversation.
I had a disappointing experience with one of your new staff members, a tall lady who was rather rude to female customers. Until this situation is resolved and she refrains from lecturing customers about coffee flavors and ordering procedures, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere. Additionally, the service was quite slow.
