I didn’t want to order at the counter due... read more Every time I order online it is never right when I go to pick it up. They have gotten my order wrong at least 4 times. I didn’t want to order at the counter due to COVID but I have to do that if I want to get it right. One time they ran out of Sofritas and made our burrito bowls and gave us a free side of chicken. I know they had good intentions, but I didn’t appreciate it sitting next to my vegan food. Both orders on the ticket were complete vegan so I’m not sure why they would give us chicken. And then they wouldn’t take it back and we had to throw it away ourselves. It wasn’t a great experience for us. After that I tried calling the restaurant before driving over, just to make sure they had sofritas but that location never answers the phone. Now I order from QDoba instead. Better price, better taste, fresher and has more vegan options than Chipotle. QDoba even offers Impossible Meat!

If you're vegan or vegetarian and haven't tried it yet, you definitely should. Safritas has given Chipotle a fresh perspective for my family.

I didn't want to order at the counter due to COVID, but I have to in order to ensure my order is correct. One time, they ran out of Sofritas and instead gave us a Burrito with chicken, along with a free side of chicken. While I appreciated the gesture, I was unaware that the chicken was placed next to my vegan food. Both orders on the ticket were meant to be completely vegan, so I was unsure why they gave us chicken. They also refused to take it back, so we had to dispose of it ourselves. Overall, it was not a pleasant experience for us. Since then, I have started ordering from QDoba instead. They offer better prices, tastier food, fresher options, and more vegan choices compared to Chipotle. Additionally, QDoba even has impossible meat on their menu.

When I got to the parking lot to pickup my food I realize that I had left my mask at home. I didn't have anything to cover my face and didn't want to be rude by walking in without one. Matt the Store Manager was very kind to bring out my order for me. I was definitely very thankful for his kind gesture!

Arranged an appointment for the Chipotle Mexican Grill to be swept for the day. He turned up bang on time. Very polite and tidy. You'll soon realise Mark loves fireplaces and is knowledgeable about his trade. Chipotle Mexican Grill has a Great service. Can easily recommend. Thanks to Mark!
