I didn't want to order at the counter due... read more Every time I order online and pick it up, my order is never correct. They have gotten my order wrong at least 4 times. I didn't want to order at the counter due to COVID, but I have to in order to ensure my order is correct. One time, they ran out of Sofritas and instead gave us a Burrito with chicken, along with a free side of chicken. While I appreciated the gesture, I was unaware that the chicken was placed next to my vegan food. Both orders on the ticket were meant to be completely vegan, so I was unsure why they gave us chicken. They also refused to take it back, so we had to dispose of it ourselves. Overall, it was not a pleasant experience for us. Since then, I have started ordering from QDoba instead. They offer better prices, tastier food, fresher options, and more vegan choices compared to Chipotle. Additionally, QDoba even has impossible meat on their menu.
