Just a heads up: they do no... read more The freshly prepared sushi was exactly what I was looking for. The paper menu clearly indicates which items can be made gluten-free. Just a heads up: they do not offer gluten-free soy sauce if you order sushi. I tried the Vancouver Roll and the Creole Tuna Roll, and both were delicious—I didn't have any issues afterwards.
