**Restaurant Review: A Fresh Take on Sushi in the Terminal** Located conveniently within the terminal, this sushi spot offers a welcoming environment with friendly staff. Diners can enjoy freshly prepared rolls, including the delightful Vancouver and Creole Tuna options. While the menu clearly indicates which dishes can be made gluten-free, it's important to note that gluten-free soy sauce is not available. Some staff may require additional training on allergen handling, but many were knowledgeable and accommodating. Overall, the restaurant provides a solid choice for sushi lovers seeking convenient, tasty options, and many would gladly return for another satisfying meal.

Was Anonym at Ryu a mag?
preparing fresh sushi, it was exactly what I was looking for. they paper menu is clearly marked, which items can be prepared gluten-free. if they get sushi only one warning, they don't have a gf soy sauce. I had the vancouver roll and the creole tuna roll. both tasted great and I wasn't getting sick. View all feedback.

They don't offer a gluten-free menu or gluten-free soy sauce. There are only three dishes available that can be made gluten-free, and they are all vegetarian options.
