The waiter came up to us and... read more Worse place I have ever been to! We had booked a table for 4 people last night for 8.30. We waited for our table for quite awhile. The waiter came up to us and said that our table was ready but they only had 3 chairs!! We had to wait for another chair when it was free! That was a red flag that we should have left. The night and service got worse. We were seated in the outside area where it was enclosed with mesh. We were freezing as the cold wind was coming through the gaps. We ordered appetizers. They were ok. We ordered our meals as well. We were waiting for ages and hungry. Other tables where other patrons had left and had eaten near us were left in a mess. All dirty dishes were left on the tables with food and not cleared. So much for sanitizing in this covid epidemic! It was terrible. Our food came at 9.45!! The food was terrible! We all had ordered pasta and the servings were small like an entree sizes not like main meals sizes. The gnocchi that I had was the most disgusting food that I have ever had. Did not taste homemade and the tomato sauce was sour and I could not eat it! It tasted like it came from a can. The other meals were just as bad. I did complain and I did not have to pay for my meal. But it did not really compensate for the horrible service and night we all had there. Never would recommend this place to anyone!!! DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AND RUIN YOUR NIGHT OUT....

Bucatini Carbonara was scrambled eggs o... read more Had dinner there last night. Got the Bucatini a la Carbonara, Zucchini and Eggplant chips, fries and the formaggi pizza. Bucatini Carbonara was scrambled eggs overcooked and split. Zucchini and Eggplant chips were tough, undercooked inside and overcooked batter. Best part of the meal was the fries. Service was average. A lot of staff but not very attentive.

I highly recommend i... read more We had a lovely meal at Mozza Pizzeria after a trip to the cinema. The food was excellent, and the service was both efficient and friendly. I highly recommend it!

Feeling frustrated, I didn’t want to stay for dinner and interestingly, the manager made no effort to persuade us to remain. The restaurant was nearly empty and... read more Feeling frustrated, I didn’t want to stay for dinner and interestingly, the manager made no effort to persuade us to remain. The restaurant was nearly empty and only had two tables occupied that night. My daughter had also wanted to make a reservation for a party of seven for the following week, but that will not happen now. If they treat their customers this way and dismiss valid concerns, they really don’t deserve to stay in business. I will never return, nor will my family or friends. The manager made a significant mistake; all he had to do was apologize and perhaps offer a complimentary drink. That small gesture could have easily changed our minds, and we might have gone on to make that larger reservation for the following week. This situation could seriously harm their business. It seems like the restaurant may need a better business strategy or possibly a new manager. Best of luck to them.
