Dined with a party of five on a Friday night. Shared a 4 cheese pizza which was fantastic. Then smashed a bowl of pasta bucatini with pancetta tomato sauce with chilli it was delicious. I washed mine down with a glass of Sangiovese or two. No complaints from anyone. Return visit of course.
1. The waitress was overly attentive, which became a distraction for the two of us. She constantly interrupted our conversation to refill our water or clear plates while we were still eating. Even when we had our heads buried in the menu, she came over twice to ask if we were ready to order, which really disrupted the atmosphere and our privacy. 2. My partner received their meal long before I did. By the time my food arrived, they were already finished eating. When my pizza finally came out, it was improperly cut. I asked for it to be taken back and cut all the way through, but it was only cut into eight pieces, and still didn’t cut through the crust properly. This wouldn’t have been an issue if the knives had been sharp enough to do the job. 3. The pizza base was soggy and unappetizing in the middle, while the edges were burnt and overly spicy. On a positive note, my partner's gnocchi was quite lovely. 4. Although the turnaround time for our meals was only half an hour, which is fast service, we couldn’t wait to leave. My pizza arrived after my partner had finished their meal, and it was such a letdown that we left immediately, having barely touched it and feeling like we wasted our money. I really hope they invest in training their chefs and staff. This restaurant has potential, but I won’t be returning or recommending it to friends and family.
I recently dined at an Italian restaurant in Australia, and it was fantastic! The menu offers a wide variety of delicious options, and the prices are reasonable. The pizza was exceptional! We had a wonderful culinary experience and will likely return soon.
We had a lovely meal at Mozza Pizzeria after a trip to the cinema. The food was excellent, and the service was both efficient and friendly. I highly recommend it!
Feeling frustrated, I didn’t want to stay for dinner and interestingly, the manager made no effort to persuade us to remain. The restaurant was nearly empty and only had two tables occupied that night. My daughter had also wanted to make a reservation for a party of seven for the following week, but that will not happen now. If they treat their customers this way and dismiss valid concerns, they really don’t deserve to stay in business. I will never return, nor will my family or friends. The manager made a significant mistake; all he had to do was apologize and perhaps offer a complimentary drink. That small gesture could have easily changed our minds, and we might have gone on to make that larger reservation for the following week. This situation could seriously harm their business. It seems like the restaurant may need a better business strategy or possibly a new manager. Best of luck to them.
