Place all setup for service, little display dipping sauces out etc. Service staff walk past me and say we are not open, we open at 10 , yes just like that, no sorry we aren 't open even though we have food in display cabinet and look like we are. I said Oh what is the time? , no reply. I pull out my phone and and it was 9:56am. Part of me felt like standing at the counter for four minutes staring at them, waiting for the clock to tick over to the magical 10:00am, but couldn 't be bothered. Went and spent my money with someone more deserving. Is it possible you could perhaps have a sign at the counter displaying when you open so that I can work it out myself and not have to have such a rude conversation with a staff member who doesn 't appear to be very happy with their job? Have had these rolls before and they are nothing to write home about. Doubt I will now be back.

I kicked off my Christmas shopping tonight and stopped for a quick dinner during late-night shopping. I've been craving Bao buns lately, and Mama Pho delivered with generous, plump portions. We tried the BBQ chicken baos, which were packed with flavor, though the chicken was a bit overwhelmed by the sauce. We also got a side of sweet potato fries, which were tasty—definitely a healthier option than regular fries!

Additionally, the bun was quite dry. Despite the portion being small, I found it difficult to finish because the flavors just weren't appealing. I would recommend steering clear of this place if you're looking for an authentic banh mi experience.

Additionally, I mentioned my allergies, but instead of preparing a new meal, they simply scraped off the inedible parts and returned the dish to me. If it were that simple, I would have done it myself. Overall, I was very unimpressed.

I also tried the lemongrass beef salad and the roast chicken salad roll, but neither impressed me. Both were quite bland, and even with the sauce, there wasn't much improvement.
