I had the most expensive steak ‘gourmande’... read more This place is constantly busy, and it had a really nice buzz, so maybe we were unlucky, but we had a very poor meal. I had the most expensive steak ‘gourmande’ on the menu, which was so tough and gristly it was nearly inedible. When...the waitress saw I’d left most of it I explained it was tough and she said ‘that’s because you asked for it to be cooked ‘a point’ (medium rare)! It was cooked correctly but the meat was very poor quality. She deducted 2€ from the bill. My husband had a pot at feu, the special. This was tasteless boiled brisket with a boiled potato and a boiled carrot, none seemed to have been cooked in anything but plain water, it was completely tasteless and served dry on the plate. We also waited a long time to be served at each stage, the waitress was prioritizing locals. It was the worst meal we have eaten in Brittany.

We again had a great evening and the food was superb we had a starter of some tasty smoked ham and olives, followed by a pork dish and a very tasty veal dish. For...desert banoffi pie and a white chocolate mousse and a pleasant bottle of rose. We were glad we reserved a table at least 10 people turned away.
