I swear when he handed over that steaming pie I was compelled by the grace of God himself to hand him a 50% tip even though I had just busted out 40 bucks ordering the food itself. 10/10 would order from the based bearded champAlso fix your ceiling situation, dudes.

I got tired of always having to bring my own bag of cheese to add on top - it would melt on the way home. I even found out from a former employee that they are instructed to only put a thin layer of cheese because it's the most expensive ingredient. They also told me that if they run out of cheese, they actually put even less on the pizza. I don't even know how that's possible. There's no other option but to buy your own cheese and add it in the car. I recommend avoiding this place at all costs if you want a flavorful pizza experience.

Patches of cheese missing like they made it... read more I've never had a problem with this Pizza Hut until today. Pizza was burnt on the crust it did not look good at all. Patches of cheese missing like they made it in a hurry. Bread sticks were hard and the mini apple pies were broken with holes in them and super hard to bit into. When I called the manager Anita and let her know about the situation she would not replace it because we took bites of 4 pizzas because it was my kids and I and when I asked for her GM she said she wasn't there at the moment so when I asked her when will she be there she told me to call customer service and they can give me the number and give me that information. I went to get a pen and she hung up the phone I tried calling back and no answer. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!
