The food is delicious and the service is excellent. They have parking available that allows you to park your trailer.
We have consistently received incorrect orders every time we have visited this restaurant. The only solution they offer is for us to return to get the correct order or get a refund. However, by the time we realize the mistake and make it all the way home, it is too late for our kids to eat the wrong food. It is frustrating to waste both gas and money on a meal that is not what we ordered. The restaurant does not offer refunds over the phone or provide a free replacement for a future visit like other establishments do. We are expected to return to the restaurant the same day, even if it is late at night, to have the mistake corrected. We will not be returning to this restaurant again as they have consistently let us down. Additionally, the fries we received were cold, so we ended up giving them to our dogs instead of enjoying them ourselves. Thank you, McDonald's in Devine, for the disappointing experience.
If you are a fan of lemonade and order through the app, I would not recommend visiting this particular location. I experienced a situation where they did not have any lemonade available even though I had already paid for it, essentially resulting in a $0.70 loss. I am giving this location 2 stars instead of 1 because I did not specifically request a refund of the $0.70. Other than this issue occurring twice, I have not encountered any other problems at this location. In total, they have taken $1.20 from me, with the first instance being when I requested water and received a bottled water for an extra $0.20 as part of a combo. Lemonade, on the other hand, costs an additional $0.70 as part of a combo. During my recent visit, I asked for water and was handed a regular cup instead of a bottled water. I suggested getting a fountain drink instead, as I do not enjoy the other sugary options besides lemonade, and I did not want caffeine late in the evening.
