The pâté was smooth and delicious, and Ian was very impressed by the goujons, which had the lightest batter I've ever tasted. The portion sizes were just right, and everything tasted absolutely amazing. The service was attentive but not overbearing, and our empty plates were swiftly cleared away. There was a nice break between courses, which made it clear that they don’t rush their guests. For the main course, I had a burger and Ian had steak and ale pudding. Both dishes were cooked to perfection, and I find it hard to think of words that can truly capture how wonderful the meal was. I can't recommend this place highly enough!

The interior of the pub is lovely, and the staff is both professional and friendly. The food here is prepared from scratch, ensuring everything is fresh, and they offer a great selection. It's truly some of the best dining in the area. I can't wait to return for more delicious meals!
