This place use to be awesome but lately they have went down hill with the service. I like it better a few months ago but today there were horrible we ordered two drinks and they mess up both drinks up. View all feedback. What Nichole Syrocki doesn't like about Biggby Coffee:
Trash customer service. After waiting 20 min with only 2 cars in front of me, I presented a coupon. To which they said this isn 't for our location. I asked ok, do you guys have a coupon we could use (bc who tf can afford a $9 coffee in this economy)? They said no. I asked if they could honor it. No, again.
