Trash customer service. After waiting 20 min with only 2 cars in front of me, I presented a coupon. To which they said this isn 't for our location. I asked ok, do you guys have a coupon we could use (bc who tf can afford a $9 coffee in this economy)? They said no. I asked if they could honor it. No, again. Staff here are super friendly and coffee comes out fast!
If zero stars were an option, that is what they deserve. Substituting an americano for coldbrew and thinking that is ok is mind blowing.
I love this store! Today i e3was not happy at all. Whoever was making drinks at around 12:30pm should need to be retrained. I drink at least 1 biggby a day, 2 a day on weekends. I get a kicking-raspberry everytime and today I got one and it did not teast like a kicking raspberry. Again I well be back but who made drinks today needs retraining.
Great location! I had a mobile coupon that expired yesterday but they were willing to provide me with another coupon! Great customer service! Drinks were great as well! (Shoutout to the tall brunette at the window who worked the morning of 2/17/24
Just coffee. A treat occasionally, never tried the food, just coffee. Staff is great, and so is the coffee. Just coffee for me.
