Unfortunately, my breakfast orders are always... read more I order breakfast from Panera Bread through DoorDash at least once a week, sometimes for lunch or dinner as well. Unfortunately, my breakfast orders are always incorrect—whether it's the wrong bread or missing ingredients, something is consistently off. Until today, I was never able to reach anyone to fix the problem or get a replacement. When I finally spoke with the manager, there was no apology—just a promise to refund my order. Considering breakfast sandwiches cost $8-$9, it would be nice to actually receive what I ordered. The staff responsible for checking and approving orders clearly need to improve. I used to work at this Panera Bread location and the quality has declined since then. I wish the food on their menu wasn’t so good; otherwise, I wouldn’t keep coming back despite these issues. I also have concerns about the restaurant’s health inspection record from my time working there. Going forward, I plan to order from a different restaurant.
