There was a lack of communication, no performance review or feedback provided, and they waited until the employee had already spent time and money on gas to get there and had just clocked in before informing them that they were no longer needed. As someone with a degree in Business Management and Human Resources, I found this approach unacceptable. I will not be doing business with this establishment again.
