Subway - Decatur

I visited this restaurant recently and had a disappointing experience. They refuse service 10 minutes before their posted closing time of 9:50 PM, which is frustrating, especially for truckers who are often on tight schedules and rely on these hours. Additionally, I found $7 for a 6-inch tuna sandwich to be quite steep. Overall, I would rate the service as a 1.

Ordered a subway club with some veggies in it. Door dash picked it up and called to say they didn’t have some of the veggies. I said ok. It arrived without any of the meet. And the manager made it himself and sent it like that. He was rude when I called and asked about it and he said I must be broke cause I wanted my money back. I didn’t order a cheese and black olive sandwich with mustard. I can’t believe a manager would have even sent that order if they were out of things like he said. Marshal you need management training and some tact. I definitely didn’t get a club.

The staff at this location is fantastic! However, I still miss having my egg whites in my breakfast sub. Service: Takeout Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20
