Chick-fil-a - Decatur

Eating was delicious as alway, but the line was exaggerated. it took about an hour to go through the drive thru.

Today I was immigrated to get my order vs drive and I was shocked to see a baby-roach over the counter shortly before I was paid. the cashier girl didn't see it, but I did it? I'm a little sad because I always have clean vibes from both locations here in decatur. I've paid for my food, but I've been sitting in my mouth?

I had never had a bad experience in any Chick-fil-A.

When they know me, they know that Chick-fil-A is one of my favorites almost food restaurants. I also love their app. they can easily order on the line and most of the time, their eating is ready when they are in the restaurant. and they always have friendly service. Sometimes they may have to wait a bit because other people order or wait as well as for their food. one of my top almost food restaurants.

Waited a total of an hour for my food that I ordered ahead of time on the app.30 minutes in the drive through.Parked for 20.Finally went inside to ask for them to check for my food. Waited for a while, had to ask two people and finally found out our food had been there the whole time waiting for someone to bring it out.The majority of the staff were rash, not rude.They were probably stressed out.The store is severely understaffed, unorganized and lacks training.An hour late, 2 kids crying for that hour, a trip inside we finally received our order. I food was cold and soggy.
