The food quality at Wendy's is better than most fast food spots nearby, and I really appreciate the friendly staff I've gotten to know there.
I received the wrong order, which I understand can happen, but I was disappointed that the dining area was still closed on 6/22/22, leaving me no choice but to use the drive-thru again. I hope they reopen the indoor seating soon.
We waited over an hour in the drive-thru line, watching employees sing happy birthday instead of focusing on their work. While I understand that being understaffed can be difficult, it shouldn't be an excuse for poor service.
This restaurant is usually a dependable choice, but it fell short of expectations this time. It was clear that the fries had been left out for too long.
