I placed an online order, paid for it, but never received my food. When I asked for a refund, they outright refused. I had to spend nearly 20 minutes on the phone just to get them to acknowledge their error. It felt like they were trying to con me out of my money. The staff appears to be completely incompetent—it's remarkable that they can even get out of bed, tie their shoes, and make it to work without causing a disaster.

I had placed the order in the morning to ensure everything would be ready for dinner. Now, they can prepare the missing dish, but I would have to drive back and probably wait another 30 to 40 minutes. No thank you; that's just a waste of money. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience!
