H... read more I had a less than satisfactory experience at this restaurant. I was told the estimated time for my order would be about 4:00 PM, which I appreciated at first. However, I ended up waiting outside until 4:30 PM. Even after that, when I went to the pick-up window, I waited another 20 minutes before anyone helped me. Finally, at 4:52 PM, I received my food, but it was cold. This was my third visit, and unfortunately, it’s clear that I won’t be returning. The service here in Decatur has consistently been disappointing.

This place is NASTY. Silverware was dirty. First AND second roll. Dust and dead flies along the window seals. Cheese sticks tasted like chemicals. They were bar... read more This place is NASTY. Silverware was dirty. First AND second roll. Dust and dead flies along the window seals. Cheese sticks tasted like chemicals. They were barely warm- Cheese wasn?t even melted. Fries were cold and greasy. Waitress was very nice(onlypositive). We will not be back.
