The lovely couple David and Maria add to the overall experience. I will definitely be coming back to this restaurant regularly.

We highly recommend this place and will definitely be returning. While waiting for our taxi, we were invited to share Maria's birthday cake with her and the staff, which was delicious. Thank you so much for the wonderful experience. It was really great.

(Table of 5) 1 hr wait for starters and we had to keep asking fo... read more Unfortunately a poor experience for my dads 70th birthday which we were all looking forward to. (Table of 5) 1 hr wait for starters and we had to keep asking for drinks service. Another 45 mins for mains. Two of the three fish dishes were really well received. One of these was bland. Two steak dishes were ordered as medium rare and came out cold and well overdone (almost dry). Sent one back as the other person was too hungry and just ate it. They re made the steak which came out medium rare but I just don’t know how they can’t cook a steak. It must have been grilled as it was grey with no charring at all. No seasoning. No taste. Just really poor steak cooking for a well regarded restaurant and very disappointing. Wasn’t asked if we were enjoying the meals during or after we had finished. Just served when they were ready.

We were warmly welcomed and a... read more My friends and I visited this restaurant on a Sunday afternoon without a reservation, as we were let down by another place nearby. We were warmly welcomed and all of us loved the diverse main dishes and desserts. The Portuguese cuisine was authentic and definitely worth a visit.
