I went to Cafemonde today (Good Friday to have lunch and a catch up with a friend. It turned into a 3 hour stay! (Don’t worry, we made sure we weren’t table blocking! . After delicious paninis and salad, we were there so long we had a cream tea too! Really yummy. The staff can’t do enough for you and are so friendly. I was very disappointed when I received a different dish than what I had ordered at this restaurant. The staff didn't even ask me if I was okay with the substitute dish. To make matters worse, I was still charged for it even after I pointed out that this practice was unacceptable. The restaurant needs to improve their customer service. View all feedback.
I stumbled across the hidden gem whilst walking in Northamptonshire. Quite simply the best food and coffee I have ever tasted at any Cafe. The Chicken Club Baguette was off the scale. Beautifully presented, fresh and delicious Welcoming, friendly staff, attentive table service, relaxed and calm atmosphere, with views of the riding school and rolling countryside. Very reasonable prices. I fully recommend you give it a try I know I will be returning very soon. You will not be disappointed

We stopped off for a coffee and snack and were really impressed. One of the girls preparing food (Abi) was really helpful after a little glitch with our order.

What a lovely place this is, set in beautiful countryside, serving delicious food, good coffee a great choice of cakes all served by friendly staff, what’s not to like! Thank-you Café Monde, we’ll definitely be back!
