I could... read more My mom and I stopped by The Arnold Arms today on our way home to Northampton. I can sincerely say that it is the best pub I have been to in a long time. I couldn't find a single fault - the food, cozy fires, atmosphere, and decor were all fantastic, but it was the staff that truly made our visit a delight. Every staff member we spoke to went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. If this pub were in Northampton, I would definitely be a regular as it surpasses all the pubs we have here. Thank you to the staff and happy new year!

Good food (we both had the ciabatta breads as a sandwich) one was steak and the other chicken bacon both cooked well. beer well kept, very friendly helpful staff. A cosy warm environment, very welcome on a chilly day for us and our dog. A bowl of chips were a tad pricey at £4.50 but rest of food was fairly priced. Looking forward to visiting them on their steak night on a Wednesday

We ordered a sharing ploughman’s lunch which consisted of: one pickled onion cut into four, two slices of ham, a few slices of thin apple, a tiny pot of pickle, four quarters of thinly sliced cheese and one tiny slice of bread cut into quarters. No butter for the bread or pork pie. The bread should have been crusty bread. All for £15.95!!! We also ordered a bowl of chips to go with it, they failed to arrive when they did they were undercooked so were sent back. If you go wrap up warm it was very chilly in the restaurant!
