My partner and I, both Italian and pizza lovers, made the decision a few months ago to go vegan. It was difficult to find a delicious pizza without cheese that was still satisfying. We inquired about the caponata pizza without the fiordilatte, and it was absolutely incredible! We enjoyed it so much that we ended up ordering a third pizza to share between the two of us.

The dish was a modified version of an existing dish, with the pasta shells replaced by black olive garlic. It was a bit plain, but improved after adding chili oil. The orange fried salad was delicious, and I also tried the pizza mentioned in a previous review. It was freshly cooked in a wood-fired oven and had the same sauce as the pasta. Overall, I would give the restaurant 4 stars for their efforts, service, and food presentation.

My husband and I, both Italian and lovers of pizza, decided to go vegan a few months ago. It was difficult to find a delicious pizza without cheese, but we were pleasantly surprised at this restaurant. We ordered the Caponata pizza without the Fiordilatte cheese, and it was absolutely incredible! In fact, it was so good that we ended up sharing a third pizza between the two of us.
