What Kasandra Greenfelder likes about The Bunker:
Three of us dropped in for a quick lunch. Nice little spot on the street with a long bench located under a cool, shady tree. Tables inside, and a couple outside, but the long bench is great for several small groups or one large group....An all day breakfast is available, and judging by other patrons dishes they looked terrific. We tried the Thai Chicken Salad, which was crunchy, fresh and very tasty. Highly recommend... View all feedback. What Doris Wintheiser doesn't like about The Bunker:
Fabulous semi-basement (hence name) daytime cafe with emphasis on fresh, tasty and organic. Gorgeous late breakfast of fully flavoursome vegetarian omelette (served with sourdough) and simply poached eggs and mushroom with toast. Simple but delightful (not so sure about the coffee though a little bitter and powdery). View all feedback.

read moreThe reviews for The Bunker, a small cafe on Liverpool St., were mixed but overall positive. Some customers were disappointed by the coffee temperature and taste, uncomfortable seating, and overly rich toppings. However, others enjoyed the delicious food options, friendly service, and cozy atmosphere. Highlights included the flavorful vegetarian omelette, tasty poached eggs and mushrooms, and the fabulous coffee. The ambiance, efficient service, and generous portion sizes were also praised. Overall, The Bunker seemed to be a charming spot for a casual meal or coffee break in Darlinghurst.
