Was Kasandra Greenfelder at The Bunker a mag?
Three of us dropped in for a quick lunch. Nice little spot on the street with a long bench located under a cool, shady tree. Tables inside, and a couple outside, but the long bench is great for several small groups or one large group....An all day breakfast is available, and judging by other patrons dishes they looked terrific. We tried the Thai Chicken Salad, which was crunchy, fresh and very tasty. Highly recommend... View all feedback.
What Doris Wintheiser dislikes about The Bunker:
Fabulous semi-basement (hence name) daytime cafe with emphasis on fresh, tasty and organic. Gorgeous late breakfast of fully flavoursome vegetarian omelette (served with sourdough) and simply poached eggs and mushroom with toast. Simple but delightful (not so sure about the coffee though a little bitter and powdery). View all feedback.

Great staff, good seating, nice sun, varied menu. Delicious food and coffee. The homemade crumpets are amazing. Will be back next time we are in Sydney
Really good food and coffee. Had the shakshouka and green eggs on crumpets which were both really tasty along with good coffee (long black and a hot flat white) which is unfortunately normally absent in Sydney but not here!
