Great little cafe. Rocked up after a big night and had perfect recovery. Good Campos coffee, nudie juice and an insalata caprese on toast with a generous serve of perfectly crispy bacon on the side. Plus people + puppy watching and lovely staff. Winner! View all feedback.

read moreThe cozy little café in Darlinghurst offers a great all-day breakfast and lunch menu with the standout item being the Pablo’s beef burger served with sweet potato fries. The café also serves good coffee and has a friendly atmosphere that keeps customers coming back. Despite some issues with slow service at times, the overall vibe and quality of food make it a must-visit spot for locals and visitors alike. Items like the haloumi special and spinach and cheese frittatas have also received high praise. Overall, Pablo's café is a cool little spot to escape the busy roads of Sydney and enjoy some delicious food and coffee.
