Located on the corner of Goulburn and Crown Street in Surry Hills, Pablo's Vice has been a beloved local espresso bar for over 18 years. Despite changing ownership, the cafe has maintained its welcoming and familiar atmosphere that keeps customers coming back. Known for our signature perfectly poached eggs stacks, we are now expanding our menu to offer new vegetarian and vegan options. From a winter salad with kale, pomegranate, and pear to a vegan burger with a Cajun-spiced chickpea and cauliflower patty, we are now a diverse and inclusive cafe. Of course, the famous Pablo's burger is still on the menu, now with additional options like maple bacon and American-style cheddar. Enjoy our great selection of sides, including sweet potato fries, onion rings, and tempura zucchini chips. And, as always, our expert baristas are here to craft the perfect Campos coffee just for you.

The cozy little café in Darlinghurst offers a great all-day breakfast and lunch menu with the standout item being the Pablo’s beef burger served with sweet potato fries. The café also serves good coffee and has a friendly atmosphere that keeps customers coming back. Despite some issues with slow service at times, the overall vibe and quality of food make it a must-visit spot for locals and visitors alike. Items like the haloumi special and spinach and cheese frittatas have also received high praise. Overall, Pablo's café is a cool little spot to escape the busy roads of Sydney and enjoy some delicious food and coffee.

At first glance of the menu you would think this is a pretty good value for money breakfast. But then you are told breakfast will take 30min even though there are only 2 or 3 tables. Ive been a few times and this has happened every time. If you are a food service business you should have capacity to make more than a fee breakfasts every half an hour. I have spared them from a lower rating because at least they did warn us it would take a little while to make. Portions are on the smaller side.

Atmosphere is cool and shaded on a hot summers day, but they day we went here there was only one chef in the kitchen which meant we had to wait half an hour for simple eggs on toast and a bacon and egg wrap. Pretty unimpressed and dampened the experience... Will probably Go back to our usual cafe rather than return here due to that... Food was good, but portions were also small, likely cause hey hurried it out when we enquirer about it being late.

Perch yourself at a small sidewalk table and cool down with an iced Campos latte while you watch the world go by. Pablo's Vice is quite literally a hole in the wall cafe with a really friendly vibe.

Pablo's Vice is a charming and unique little spot located on Goulburn Street, just off Crown. If you're looking for a great place for lunch, this is it! They've got excellent Campos Coffee, and they've recently become licensed, so you can enjoy a nice red wine with your brunch. They're also open for dinner and cocktails, featuring enticing Happy Hour specials. On Thursdays and Fridays, you can take advantage of Happy Hour deals, including half-price beer and wine from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM! With good Campos coffee and refreshing, straightforward dishes, including delicious burgers, you can't go wrong. I particularly enjoyed the Summer Salad and the gluten-free Vegan Burger served on a damper roll. The vegan burger was made from chickpeas and cauliflower, paired with a herb soy yogurt. The Summer Salad featured sweet potato, spinach, cherry tomatoes, Spanish onion, prosciutto, and a Dijon mustard vinaigrette.

The friendly staff, Saf and Mustaf, made our visit truly enjoyable! They have maintained reasonable pricing (just $8.00 for a burger), possibly the cheapest I’ve seen in Surry Hills! Pablo's Vice also serves all-day breakfast until 2 PM, offering many favorites like muesli, banana bread, bacon and egg rolls, and smashed avocado, along with haloumi and salmon stacks. When we visited for lunch, we were pleased to see a variety of vegan options catering to the local crowd, such as a refreshing summer Vegan salad or a guilt-free Vegan burger featuring a spiced chickpea and cauliflower patty, along with a vegetarian haloumi burger. However, I ultimately decided on Pablo’s Beef Burger; it’s a high-quality burger at an excellent price. It was incredibly tasty, packed with top-notch ingredients including a seasoned organic beef patty, caramelized onions, melted American cheddar, maple bacon, sweet gherkin pickles, iceberg lettuce, aioli, and tomato relish all on a milk bun. You can also pair your burger with tempura zucchini chips, homemade onion rings, or sweet potato fries. The honey mustard chicken bowl is a crowd favorite, but unfortunately, they had run out of chicken on the day we visited. Instead, I opted for a breakfast dish: Farmer Jo’s muesli, which included burnt figs and almonds dipped in honey and rolled in cinnamon, served with strawberries, bananas, honey, and Greek yogurt. Pablo's Vice is perfect for soaking up the local vibe, and they are a licensed venue, offering quality beer and wine, making it hard to find a cheaper option in the area. You can enjoy your drink alongside their antipasto platter, which is a steal at $8.00 for 1-2 people or $14.00 for 3-4—ideal for a leisurely brunch without breaking the bank. Saf, the barista, recommended his specially made berry mojito, and we gladly accepted that offer! If you're not in the mood for alcohol, they also serve Campos coffee, T2 tea, milkshakes, smoothies, and Capi Mineral water. We really enjoyed our latte and chai latte as well. Overall, Pablo's Vice is an absolute bargain gem, perfect for anyone looking for a casual place to hang out, relax, and enjoy some good food and drinks.
