When I called to place an order, the gentleman on... read more We were only staying for one night, so we chose this restaurant without any prior knowledge of its reputation. When I called to place an order, the gentleman on the phone was incredibly polite, which made for a pleasant experience right from the start. After placing our order, I went to pick it up and was greeted by the same cheerful man I had spoken to earlier—who turned out to be the owner. It was clear that he takes great pride in his business. I shared with my wife how enjoyable the interaction was. When we got back, the kids and I were thrilled with how delicious the pizza was. Coming from Pennsylvania, where we have high standards for pizza, we were pleasantly surprised by the quality here. The food was so memorable that we’re still talking about it days later, and the atmosphere was great, too.

There was no apology for the delay, and the s... read more I placed a takeout order at 4:40 and was told it would be ready in 15 minutes, but I didn't receive it until 5:40. There was no apology for the delay, and the staff didn’t even make eye contact with me. The service was terrible!
