Overall, it's an average venue, but there are many other places to enjoy live music where the staff is much friendlier and without any attitude. I wouldn't return simply to steer clear of the staff, especially Kevin.

While the staff was fantastic, the food was good, the drinks were strong, and the comedians were great, there was a significant issue. Unfortunately, I was seated near the bar where the bartenders were extremely loud, and patrons at the bar engaged in constant chatter. It was incredibly distracting. Seriously, it made it hard to enjoy the evening.

We enjoyed chicken and eggplant Parmesan, chicken ziti with broccoli Alfredo, boneless BBQ wings, and salads. They provided excellent care throughout the entire process! With their new restaurant menu and their capability to host events and provide catering, The Breakaway truly offers it all!

They own another spot in Malden haven't been so can't compare. Pizza is by far my most favorite type of food so one could say I'm not easily pleased, but Breakaway holds it down. We got a cheese and a veggie it easily fed five of us. Nice light lunch makes for a nice family afternoon. Good job Breakaway 5 stars for you people.
