Terrible service and unfriendly staff. Have never waited so long for ?fast food?. The young woman, Hope, who was taking orders inside didn?t communicate with any of the guests about their orders not even when their orders were ready. When I suggested shetell people when their orders were ready she simple rolled her eyes and turned her back on me. Don?t know who owns thisfranchise or who the manager was on duty on Saturday, September 10th at around 10:15am but they should be aware there were abunch of unhappy customers inside all making comments about the service.
Sat for almost 30 minutes in the drive thru just waiting on our food. My fries were cold but my biscuit was hot. I don't know if they need more staff or what but it was ridiculous to have to wait that long for fast food. The staff was friendly though.
Ots was nasty! People have been bragging on this place, their only in the Tennessee area I think! The flour tasted stale! The dirty roce and mash was good, but the chicken!!! Great Location really good Breakfast food Great Personnel it was a very busy morning, a long drive through line several in line for inside ordering BUT the lady in charge sailed through the demanding time with precision, kindness and professionalism.
