Around 4:50pm me and my boyfriend came here on 3/24. I got the cantina chicken quesadilla. The meal is meant to come with guac, which I did not receive and the chips for the cheese and chips were literally just thrown INTO THE BAG. Straight in the bag with all the other food.Me and my boyfriend were not rude and did not have an overly large order, so I do not know why the employees were so lazy with the food. I do understand it’s fast food, however you could at least do the bare minimum your job requires.
I have no complaints at all. The service was outstanding, and the food was delicious.
The general manager seemed to be struggling to manage his shift and was quite rude. I believe I even saw him smoking weed by the dumpster as I drove in. On a positive note, the cashiers were friendly and attentive, especially the shorter one. It's unfortunate that the manager is like that; I hope he leaves soon.
