Before the Pandemic this Starbucks was the worst it’s made a huge turn around and it’s my favorite Starbucks staff is more friendly and experienced with drinks and wait times are extremely better .i come to this one only especially with the one in Dacula is horrible.
I never find what I'm looking for at this restaurant. Whenever I visit the drive-thru, they always seem to be out of something.
The service at this restaurant was extremely slow and it seemed as though the staff were deliberately keeping themselves busy to avoid doing their job. The drinking areas were also messy, making for a very inconvenient dining experience.
We arrived at the location at 8:00pm, thirty minutes before closing. They were already breaking down for the night. The chairs were already put up and from the outside it looked like they were closed. This seems like it was an effort from discouragingcustomers from coming in. We were told we couldn?t use the bathrooms because they had already been deep cleaned. It took overtwenty minutes for our order to come up despite the fact that there was only one other party there. All the customers werestanding around venting their frustration to each other. The vibe in the place was ?we?ll take your money but we really don?twant you here!?
