Super slow service. I pressed the button and waited for over 25 minutes, with no response. I even press the button on two stalls next to each other and no response. The same six cars were in drive through the whole entire time not moving. This place hasgone downhill. Will not return. Save yourself the money and go to Dairy Queen! Good food and good service!
Opened my sandwich and not only was it the wrong sandwich, cold and had been fixed because the lettuce was brown on soft but this what was in my sandwich, a bread tie. This is just ashamed
Get spoiled ice, When I retrieved the person I spoke with, I agreed that the ice cream tasted a little strange that came from the machine. You want me to come back the next day. I went back with the intention to get a refund, but a refund was denied. I was offered more ice cream I refused. Asst. Manager Ash, was not available to help, she directed the situation to someone else. So this restaurant didn't try to please me as a customer. I was told to contact companies. That's very disappointing. I paid three desserts that no one could eat. This shows that Sonic does not care for their customers money or health.
I received spoiled ice cream during my visit to the restaurant. When I called to report it, the person I spoke with acknowledged that the ice cream from the machine had an unusual taste. I was instructed to return the following day. I went back expecting to get a refund, but my request was denied. Instead, I was offered more ice cream, which I declined. The assistant manager, Ash, was unavailable to help and redirected my concerns to someone else. Overall, the restaurant did not make an effort to address my issue as a customer. I was advised to contact corporate, which I found very disappointing. I paid for three desserts that were inedible, and this experience suggests that Sonic does not prioritize their customers' satisfaction or well-being.
The management at this location is quite inadequate. There are always not enough staff members, resulting in long lines. While the employees are friendly, they are clearly overworked. I've never seen any management on site. It’s unfortunate because Sonic used to be a great place to dine. It feels like a group of kids is running this location. I hope they can improve things soon.
