Food was delicious and the service was great. You can't go wrong with anything on the menu!

Ordered two #5 burritos (Chicken Fried Crispy Chicken)and the clerk figured it was our first time here (we were a bit lost). the fella hooked us up with two drinks, totally forgot his name but was very friendly. Asked the wife if she wanted cookies and she said no not today. Clerk noticed we were on the fence on the cookies and by the time the food was coming out, guy gave us two free cookies on the house too. Talk about trying to make a great first impression!! Food was great, the huge burritos tasted home made. Very friendly staff, place was super clean.

Now that my picky eater... read more I have been going to Austins for at least 4 years now. I love love love their burritos. Fresh ingredients and amazing customer service. Now that my picky eater eats food from Austin's we have been eating there more frequently. I usually get the Old Schoolas it is my fav! However, I am trying to eat less beef these days. So, I chose the Orginal Austin a couple of days ago. Thechicken was perfectly seasoned and of course everything else was good. I just have one very big request...PLEASE could you offeran all white meat version of the Austin's Original? Please...I am not a fan of dark meat and would enjoy the Original so muchmore if there was an all white option. I am willing to pay for it. Thanks so much for offering delicious fresh food to ourcommunity!!

However, as soon as I walked in, I was greeted by a strong smell of smoke, and my clothes and hair ended up smelling like burnt food. I ordered a vegetarian bowl, but the guacamole was brown, the cheese wasn't melted, and there was very little rice. The lettuce was wilted as well. To top it all off, I woke up in the middle of the night feeling nauseous. Without getting too graphic, the only things I ended up vomiting were the black beans and rice. I'm sorry, but I have to be honest about my experience. Perhaps I just happened to visit on a bad day.
