Once the food came it went further down hill, my partner was unable to eat her main due to the pasta swimming in a bowl of oil as seen in pictures attached, my carbonara was also very oily. I was particularly frustrated when I could hear the chef saying ‘it isn’t oily’. We won’t be returning to Oscar’s. Service: Dine in
