If I could leave a zero I would, never been in such a filthy dirty place, deep ground in dirt along skirting boards, floor in ground with dirt, toilet handle broken and not working, but staff still allowing you to use it. Tables filthy and all wooden surfaces covered in fifth. Will be contacting health and safety executive as needs closing down. Also had the misfortune to see into store room by toilet, absolutely filthy. Could not finish my coffee felt sick.

Costa coffee on the main high street of Tring is conveniently located in the town centre near to ample parking in 3 main car parks and other areas with 1 hour free parking. Plenty of time for a drink, snack and shopping. The café is reasonably large and has some outside seating. Alternatively there are plenty of other places in the local area for a take-out such as the park or by the natural history museum. The café has all the usual selections and service is reasonably fast. There is a small area at the back of the shop to sit outside.
Good service not enough seating but that's covid for you. Covid safe
The service was great, my drink was made very quickly, but the tables outside were frankly disgusting, there was a full ashtray on the table, which had not been cleaned. A staff member was also crouched down near my table smoking for about 10 minutes. Overall, not one of the best Costa's I have been to.
