Once Ordered they reject, then call them to be told not received so I sent screenshot off my order details. So customer lies wow... Now Ordered through same app, accepted so strange they say just eat issue? Another lie.. well if you order from here be wary, as really they don't care about customers who use apps they sign up to or honour what they promote on these apps. Really am disappointed with just the basic service I wanted, to be called a liar and seen pending payment from bank to them too. Never will I use them again and want all to be wary clear photo off receipt to show customer never lies for management to understand

How strange called restaurant happy to take order but give me 10% . Absolutely a joke of restaurant, person who text me to show my order was not received, buy my bank shows payment taken.. would not trust these persons as definite not telling truth, now I have to wait for refund. Sent them screen shot off order but even that they not accepting, so I recommend not to use as they don't want to honour what they state on app which I'm sure is what they should under the consumer act??

It usually arrives about 5 minut... read more I had a problem this evening, but nothing to do with AK Spices. I ordered through Deliveroo and their rider collected my order. It usually arrives about 5 minutes after it leaves the restaurant. I got a call from the restaurant to say that they were concerned because the food had been handed over to the Deliveroo rider 10 minutes ago, and another Deliveroo rider arrived at the restaurant to collect it. While trying to contact Deliveroo to discuss it, I got a notification that the order had been cancelled, and refunded. I certainly did not cancel it and I'm sure that the restaurant didn't, either. I placed the same order through JustEat, and it arrived very quickly. Although it arrived late, that definitely wasn't the fault of A K Spices, and was absolutely delicious. Thank you AK Spices for the great communication, excellent food, and quick rectification of a problem that wasn't your fault. I hope that you're not out of pocket for a problem that was totally down to Deliveroo.
