The server was very friendly. I've visited IHOP several times, and this was the first time our food arrived on time—except for my son’s order, which the server only brought after we had finished eating. By then, I had already shared my food with him. We paid and left, but it felt like such a waste. The server didn’t even bother to apologize.
I was served by Lupe, and she was fantastic! I loved her warm smile and how attentive she was to every detail of my order and the food. She made sure I got exactly what I asked for. I’m actually on my way back to have breakfast again just to enjoy her great service. Thank you, Lupe! You’re an amazing server!
Our experience was quite disappointing as we had to return our breakfast. The eggs we ordered were incorrect, and even after being remade, they were still wrong. The coffee was weak, the pancakes were cold, and the hashbrowns were too thin and overly crunchy on top. Overall, it was a disaster. I'm not sure what went wrong at this location, but we won't be returning. Very disappointed.
I enjoy the atmosphere here. The wait time is minimal and it’s not very crowded. The IHoopy Hour menu was incredibly tempting. The pancakes were delicious! I found the chicken strips to be a bit salty, but that might just be because I usually prefer less salt.
The country gravy was too watery, but my wonderful waitress Rosa assured me they would make more. I ordered crispy bacon, but it was burnt. I gave this place 2 stars because Rosa made sure to address my complaints. The craziest part was that there were ants crawling on the table and my leg. This location used to be my favorite.
