Feedback
Pho May offers a noteworthy selection of Vietnamese dishes, particularly its flavorful pho, praised for its rich broth. However, consistent issues with incorrect takeout orders and underwhelming food quality have been reported. While dine-in experiences have shown mixed service levels—ranging from friendly to lackluster—the cleanliness of the restaurant remains a positive note. Some standout items include the iced coffee and well-prepared spring rolls, while other dishes, like the pork and wonton soups, have garnered criticism for being bland or artificially flavored. Overall, Pho May suits casual diners, but expectations for authentic Vietnamese cuisine should be tempered.
One of the best pho restaurants in town. The egg rolls are crispy and savory. The pho tai (sliced beef) is hot and tasty. We've done dine and take out here and always good.Food: 5/5
I'm kinda confused this business opens at 11am. I arrived 11:10am, and was told the Pho will not be ready for 10 or 15 mins more. Why advertise the open time of 11am if the Pho isn't even warmed up to server? Waist of my time to drive here and leave because the food isn't ready for the customers
Best pho place in Cypress by far. I always look forward to eating here.Food: 5/5
I met up with a friend for lunch, and since I was craving Banh Mi, he suggested Pho So 9. Neither of us had eaten there before, so it was a new experience. I ordered the pork Banh Mi, and he went for the beef. Having tried many Banh Mis, I can say this one ranks among the best. The baguette was soft, and the sandwich was at least 12 inches long. The ingredients were fresh and packed with flavor. Sorry, no pictures—I couldn’t stop eating! I definitely recommend giving their menu a try!
This spot is actually Pho May, likely undergoing a name change. We ordered two dishes: pho and wonton noodle soup. It took 21 minutes for our food to arrive. The wontons were grainy and tough. We wouldn’t recommend it. The pho was flavorful and the condiments were tasty. Service was average and not very friendly. We might return only if we're in a pinch.
