My orders always missing something and I have to drive back and like I said, the customer service sucks.

Usually this location has the best tasting foods. This time the Extra crispy was ordinary. The mash potatoes and gravy...let's just say...3 out of 10. Had trouble using the app. Credit card was charged but didn't get confirmation email saying order was ready until the next day! It took three attempts to order.... read more Had trouble using the app. Credit card was charged but didn't get confirmation email saying order was ready until the next day! It took three attempts to order. Arrived and waited (with nobody else in line indoors) for a fall five minutes before anyoneoffered to help. Food was amazing though.

Wonderful man!!
