The service was also great, and there was a nice view of the canal. The building could use some updates, but the fact that they have both boat and land access is convenient.

We have had several great experiences here but tonight I ordered something without what it normally on an item , twice I told them no mayo. She called order out I repeated no mayo, o yes mam no mayo. I get mayo. I called and was told by the manager there 's nothing she can do about it. I said yes you either refund me or I 'll bring you 2 BLT 's and you give me what I ordered. She then told me not to threaten her and hung up. I called back and I am still waiting for the manager. No refund No correct order. I will never order again, the least they can do is correct their mistakes

I had to wait 30 minutes for my order, and the fries were soggy, the hush puppies were burnt and unpleasant. The portion of flounder and oysters I received seemed overpriced. The waiter was friendly, but the additional charge for using a card for to-go orders was off-putting. I had wanted to try the Gator bites, but they were already sold out. I am unsure if I would dine here again.
