The service was outstanding; I haven’t encountered such friendly staff in a long time.

This is a small but clean and convenient shop. However, the service during my visit was a bit slow, and the server forgot my order (which was just a black iced... read more This is a small but clean and convenient shop. However, the service during my visit was a bit slow, and the server forgot my order (which was just a black iced coffee). This makes me think that the staff might be overwhelmed, undertrained, or prioritizing speed over accuracy when taking orders. I would come back here if I were in the area and needed something quickly, as it’s conveniently located along the highway. However, I wouldn’t choose it for a planned dining experience.

I received my order quickly and while I was waiting for my daughter's meal, a gentleman called me by name to check if I needed anything else. The staff was fantastic, especially the tall gentleman!

They were incredibly patien... read more The entire staff was friendly and provided excellent service. I mistakenly ordered the wrong item and needed to place another order. They were incredibly patient with me and even upgraded my drink and offered me a complimentary cinnamon twist. It was a fantastic team working that night, June 9, 2022.
