Taco Bell - Crestview

Each one of these five stars is because of Adam who has no idea how much his excellent customer service and kind heart blessed me. Long story short, Hurricane Ian hit my sister 's and niece 's homes and flooded them. I sent all of my extra cash to them forgetting that two bills would be deducted from my account on the first thus leaving my account in the negative. I found 9 in my glove compartment. I had to choose between a little more gas in the car or a cheap meal. I 'm somewhat fluffy so, of course, I chose the meal. Adam took my order which included a happy hour drink. I thought it was 1 it was actually 1.29. I asked him about the .29. He said, What 's .29? I 'll cover the .29 I said, okay and pulled up to the window. I handed him the money. He refused it. He handed me my order and said that he paid for the meal. I said, Really? He responded, Yeah. I said, Thank you. God bless you. He replied, God bless you, too. When devastation hits you, it 's hard to be thankful. When devastation hits your loved ones who are just out of your reach, it 's almost unbearable. Adam 's kindness not only fed me and put gas in my car, it also gave me reason to bless God and be thankful during a very difficult time. Thank you Adam. Most people get on here to complain but Taco Bell deserves a shout out right now! I asked for onions and lettece as a side to add to my burrito and they gave me enough for both burritos, unlike the majority of time not half way filling a 2oz cup. They gave me a large water, too! I know it's fast food, but these people were really kind and the service was great. Shout out to night shift on 9/1/22! The manager needs to know and the guy working the window DESERVES A RAISE AND PRAISE!!! Thank you

Everyone was kind and gave great service. I accidentally ordered the wrong thing and had to re order. They were so patient and even upsized my drink and gave me a free cinnamon twist. Awesome team tonight 6/9/2022

A small yet, clean and conveniently situated store, however, the service I received during my visit was somewhat slow, and the server forgot what my order was (a single black iced coffee), which suggests that staff may be potentially overworked, undertrained or having their focus directed to accepting orders with speed rather than accuracy. I would order here again if I were in the area and in a hurry, due to it's convenient location along the freeway, but wouldn't seek it out for a planned dining experience.

The entire staff was friendly and provided excellent service. I mistakenly ordered the wrong item and needed to place another order. They were incredibly patient with me and even upgraded my drink and offered me a complimentary cinnamon twist. It was a fantastic team working that night, June 9, 2022.
